At Peligoni, we believe that barefoot luxury is better shared with all ages, not just limited to “grown ups”. Our focus is to inspire our young guests to be all they can be and to make the most of their holiday.

Children, aged 4-5 can join our ‘Rugrats’ activities or full day care with the ‘Rascals’. Led by our ‘Rugrats Leaders’, they will have their own agenda including activities such as treasure hunts, paddle board races, pizza making and their very own sports day.

During the high season, TARKA join us at the club to host activities for children aged 6-11. Their experienced instructors inspire children to stay active, overcome challenges and make new friends. By championing military values in their offerings, they ensure your children are learning essential skills for life: respect, confidence, independence and teamwork.

We are looking for experienced childcare staff, who can curate and lead a range of engaging and exciting activities for our Rugrats and who can work alongside and compliment the TARKA team, ensuring just the right balance of action, activity, support and space to learn.

For our Rugrat Leaders, a typical day will involve preparing for and hosting a variety of high-energy and creative activities, which will take place within ‘the den’ and in different areas of the club. Our Rugrats leaders will meet and communicate with parents at the beginning and end of each day and ensure that any additional needs are met.

TARKA join us in May half term, the high season months of July and August and again in October half term. High energy and adventure is the order of the day. From the sea to the ‘barracks’, every part of Peligoni is a source of inspiration for a week of fun, fun and more fun. A typical day will involve a range of engaging activities including ‘California Kickball’, ‘Pirates of Peligoni’ and ‘Aquatic Athletics’.

This is not a kids club – children can opt to join just one or all of the daily activities and parents will collect them at the designated meeting point after each session. In the evenings we host two party nights a week which typically include a special Peligoni talent show and a disco in the den.

We are looking for inspiring, energetic and creative people who love working with children and are not afraid of being a bit silly… most of the time! They must be caring and able to instill confidence in those who are perhaps a little nervous and need subtle encouragement to join in and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our younger guests have an unforgettable holiday.
