Watersports are a huge part of the Peligoni experience — from wakeboarding and ringo rides to afternoons spent sailing or windsurfing across the Ionian Sea. Our beach is a vibrant, social hub, and the beach team plays a central role in creating the warm, energetic atmosphere our guests love.

We invest in the highest-quality equipment from leading manufacturers and bring together an enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of instructors who inspire confidence, share their passion for the water, and make every session fun, safe, and memorable.

We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Beach Manager to lead our watersports operation for the 2026 season. You’ll oversee the daily running of the beach, manage and motivate a talented team of instructors, and ensure guests of all ages enjoy safe, engaging sessions on the water.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, loves coaching, and has a strong understanding of performance, safety, and guest experience in a busy watersports environment. You’ll set the tone for the beach team, deliver training, maintain high standards, and help create the unforgettable holiday moments Peligoni is known for.

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the beach and all watersports activities.
  • Train new starters and deliver ongoing staff development throughout the season.
  • Conduct safety drills and ensure all team members understand emergency procedures.

  • Ensure daily progression sessions run smoothly and effectively.
  • Evaluate the quality of instruction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement beach health and safety policies and maintain excellent safety standards.
  • Audit, manage, and mitigate risks, taking immediate action where required.
  • Oversee inspection, maintenance, repairs, and general care of all equipment.
  • Support the childcare team during water-based activities.
  • Deliver and participate in engaging “bad weather” programmes.
  • Assist with evening events, including the weekly beach team skit.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and build friendly, confident relationships with guests.
  • Share information about the club and promote watersports participation.
  • Take on additional duties when needed to support smooth club operations.

  • Safety-focused, responsible, and calm under pressure.
  • Fun, outgoing, and able to bring positive energy to the beach.
  • Hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • A strong communicator with excellent guest-facing skills.
  • A collaborative team player who’s flexible and ready to help across departments.
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic about seasonal life.
