Each year we have a wide range of exciting positions available from watersports instructors to waiting staff, tennis coaches to spa therapists and receptionists to bartenders. We employ chefs, drivers, childcare staff, restaurant hosts and more. If you are passionate about what you do, we would love to hear from you. We are almost fully recruited for this season and are only looking for qualified Massage Therapists and experienced Chefs at this time.

It’s not all work and no play – in your spare time, as well as being able to explore the island and experience the local food and culture, you will have access to the club’s watersports facilities, allowing you to hone your existing skills or learn new ones in sailing and windsurfing.
