The Deli Kitchen offers a laid back alternative to our busy club restaurants where our guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with views of the Ionian sea. Our Deli also stocks an array of homemade produce and dishes that are ready for guests to take back to their villa and put straight on the barbeque. 

The Deli Kitchen is run by a versatile team of chefs, baristas, waiting staff and shopkeepers, all committed to ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and a high standard of service.

Breakfast Chef

Lead our busy breakfast service, creating fresh, high-quality dishes that start our guests’ day on a high. Ideal for self-motivated chefs who love early mornings and working in a creative, sea-view kitchen.

Deli Kitchen Head Chef

Lead our all-day Deli Kitchen, delivering breakfast, brunch and Mediterranean/Italian-inspired evening dishes. Ideal for a hands-on Head Chef who enjoys variety and shaping an evolving food concept.

Head Chef

Lead the kitchen of one of our four unique restaurants — shaping menus, driving quality and guiding a talented team. Ideal for experienced, creative Head Chefs who thrive in fast-paced, high-standard Mediterranean kitchens.

Pizza Chef

Lead our pizza offering across The Terraces, Tasi and The Deli Kitchen. Ideal for experienced pizza chefs confident with dough, high-volume service and working in lively open kitchens.

Restaurant & Deli Manager

We are looking for a Deli Manager to oversee the day to day running of our Deli and deliver a high level of service, whilst maintaining the club’s vibrant holiday atmosphere.
