Our crèches provide a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for our youngest guests – from babies as young as 4 months to curious toddlers and preschoolers up to 3 years. With soft-play spaces, outdoor grassy areas and age-appropriate activities, the crèche is a calm and caring haven where children can play, explore and feel secure.

Our childcare team is warm, energetic and professional, helping families feel supported and creating the kind of holiday experience parents can truly relax into.

We’re looking for caring, confident and experienced Crèche Supervisors to take a daily leadership role within our childcare department. Reporting to the Childcare Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the crèche, work directly with children, support the wider team and ensure high standards of care, safety and communication every single day.

This is a hands-on Early Years role where you will lead by example – working in ratio where required, guiding staff, welcoming families, and keeping the crèche running smoothly. When two crèches operate simultaneously, you’ll oversee one of them independently, making key decisions and managing activities, routines and staff deployment.

It’s the ideal role for an Early Years professional who loves being on the floor with children while confidently managing a small team in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
