With four unique restaurants and a lively weekly programme of events, food and drink play a central role in the guest experience. Our hosts are often the first people guests meet when dining with us – setting the tone for warm, genuine hospitality throughout their stay.

Our restaurants include:

  • The Terraces – fire-cooked Mediterranean dishes
  • Tasi – sea-view breakfasts and relaxed bistro-style lunches
  • Mikro Nisi – our modern Greek fish taverna
  • The Deli Kitchen – an evolving concept offering freshly prepared dishes, baked goods and grab-and-go options

Weekly Courtyard events, live music evenings, guest chef dinners and private celebrations complete a vibrant schedule that requires confident, organised and personable hosts.

We’re looking for friendly, fast-thinking and highly organised Restaurant Hosts to manage and coordinate reservations across our restaurants and be the welcoming face guests see throughout the day and into the evening.

You’ll ensure capacity is maximised, guests are greeted and seated smoothly, and communication flows clearly between the restaurants, bars, kitchen and Guest Relations teams.

This is a sociable, guest-facing role ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a busy service environment and takes pride in creating a polished, memorable dining experience. You’ll host lunch and dinner services, support Courtyard events and assist at weddings, guest chef nights and private parties.
