Peligoni is a laid-back, luxury beach club welcoming families for fun-filled summer holidays. Our childcare programme is an important part of the guest experience, providing a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for children of all ages.
From caring for babies and toddlers in our crèche to organising creative and active programmes for older children, our childcare team plays an essential role in ensuring that families have a fantastic holiday.
We expect to have opportunities for early years practitioners, crèche assistants and children’s activity leaders for summer 2027. Applications are not open just yet, but we would love to hear from you!
Who are we looking for?
We would love to hear from people who:
- Have relevant experience working with children in nurseries, schools, holiday clubs, nannying or similar settings.
- Are warm, enthusiastic, patient and genuinely enjoy working with children.
- Are creative, energetic and confident leading activities or providing hands-on care.
- Have a strong understanding of children’s safety, wellbeing and safeguarding.
- Are reliable, responsible and work well as part of a team.
- Take pride in delivering high standards of care and creating a positive experience for children and their families.
Specific qualifications and experience requirements will vary depending on the role.

Our main season runs from early May to early November, although exact dates vary by role. Eligibility to work in Greece will depend on the position and your nationality. Full requirements will be provided when applications open.
