BAR SUPERVISOR 🍹 🍾

We have had a position as Bar Supervisor just become available with us for this summer!

We are looking for somebody who has a strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails. The ideal candidate will also be barista trained.

If you have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy bar environment and experience working in a supervisory position, then get in touch! You must be available until at least September and hold an EU passport (or have the right to work in Greece).

The successful candidate will have access to all of our usual great benefits and get to spend their summer working in our luxury beach club in Greece.

SOUS CHEF

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team and support the running of our club restaurant, Tasi.

With a lively atmosphere, Tasi offers sensational food, inspired by the sea and is open all day for breakfast, lunch, and kids' tea. In the evening, Tasi evolves into the social centre of the club, where guests come to enjoy that incredible view, refined cocktails and small plates, accompanied by music and laughter.

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and motivating the kitchen team to produce consistent, good quality dishes throughout the summer season.

This is a challenging, yet rewarding role for a talented chef looking to broaden their experience in a stunning environment. You will need to be self-motivated and pro-active, able to lead a small team and have a real passion for what you do.

Looking for a Deli Supervisor ✨

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Peli Deli Kitchen has something for everyone. We are looking for someone to support and assist our Deli Manager with the day to day running of the Deli’s front of house. This will involve ensuring that the Deli team operate efficiently and deliver a high level of service, whilst maintaining the friendly and vibrant holiday atmosphere.

What are we looking for?

We are hiring for an Assistant General Manager ✨

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and confident all-rounder with an impeccable attention to detail who can ensure a consistently high level of service throughout the club.

The ideal candidate will have a background in multi-faceted F&B operations and hospitality management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to the club’s ethos. This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to the General Manager and plays a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations. The AGM will have a particular focus on the F&B operation – overseeing our club restaurants, events space, bars and beach service department.

This is a hands-on role which will involve a large amount of problem solving and getting stuck in wherever is needed.

You will be based in Greece during the summer season (May to early November) and then based in either our London or Cotswold office in the winter months.

This position is open to EU and UK passport holders.
