With guests spending most of their day around the club, food and drink are a huge part of their holiday. Our bars play a central role – from coffees and smoothies in the morning to crisp rosé, cocktails, and relaxed sundowners overlooking the water. Our bar team helps bring the club’s friendly, laid-back atmosphere to life.

We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team for the 2026 season. You’ll help deliver an exceptional drinks experience – from pouring crisp rosé and serving signature cocktails to creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests return for year after year.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to confident hospitality professionals who love talking to guests, enjoy working as part of a vibrant team, and thrive in a lively, social environment overlooking the water.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and ensure they are well looked after.
  • Prepare and serve drinks including cocktails, wine, sprits, coffee and fresh juices and smoothies.
  • Provide table service at appropriate times and ensure high service standards.
  • Dispense drinks efficiently, consistently, and to Peligoni standards.
  • Offer guidance and recommendations on the drinks menu.
  • Restock and replenish bar supplies throughout service.
  • Collect and clean glasses and keep guest areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness across all bar areas, front and back of house.
  • Support restaurant teams during meal service when required.
  • Assist other F&B areas when needed to ensure smooth club operations.
  • Build friendly, genuine relationships with guests and confidently talk about the club and its offerings.
  • Take on additional responsibilities when required for the smooth running of the club.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a busy bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Proven experience in cocktail preparation or similar bar setting.
  • Barista experience (desirable).
  • Previous experience using EPOS till systems.
  • WSET Level 2 or 3 (desirable).
  • Up-to-date Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (required).
  • EU passport holder.
