Food and drink play a huge part in our guests’ holiday experience, and our café is one of the club’s busiest daytime hubs – serving everything from early-morning coffees and smoothies to afternoon milkshakes and homemade cakes.
The café team helps set the tone for the day: warm, efficient, friendly and energetic. It’s where guests stop first thing after a waterski, gather before breakfast, or return for an afternoon treat. Maintaining great service and a welcoming atmosphere is key.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Café Supervisor to join our team for the 2026 season. You’ll support the daily running of the café, lead the team during service, and ensure drinks are prepared and served to the high standards our guests expect.
This is a fast-paced supervisory role suited to someone confident in service leadership, passionate about great coffee and guest experience, and able to bring energy and guidance to a team. Working closely with the Beverages Manager, you’ll help drive smooth operations, support training, and maintain a friendly, positive environment for both guests and staff.
