At Peligoni, our focus is to inspire our younger guests to be all they can be and make the most of their holiday. This applies to our youngest guests joining us in one of our crèches, to older kids taking part in high-energy activities and our teenage guests who want to break away from mum and dad and make new friends.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Childcare Manager to help us to continue to build on our reputation for ensuring just the right balance of action, activity, support and space to learn. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a multi-age childcare programme in a beautiful setting. You’ll combine leadership and training with hands-on childcare, guiding a passionate team and creating unforgettable experiences for families.
At Peligoni, our childcare department offer a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children from 4 months to 17 years old. We operate across four distinct age groups:
Crèche – for babies and toddlers (4 months–3 years)
Rugrats – for young children (4–5 years)
With our partners, TARKA – for juniors (6–10 years)
Inbeteeners & Teens – for older children (11 years+)
This is a seasonal role with scope for a full-time position. The successful candidate will start before the season begins, spending time in our UK office to review and enhance childcare processes, policies, and SOPs before heading to Greece for the summer season.
The position blends leadership, administration, and hands-on childcare. You’ll oversee the entire childcare operation – from training and team development to programme delivery and guest relations. During quieter periods, you’ll work directly within the childcare settings, supporting the team in ratio and leading by example.
If you’re an energetic, committed childcare professional ready for a new challenge in a stunning environment, we would love to hear from you!
