While most guests hire their own cars, our Driver team provides an important layer of support – especially in the evenings when guests want to enjoy a drink at dinner or return from one of our lively events without needing to drive themselves.

Our drivers are friendly, reliable and hands-on, helping guests feel confident navigating the area, guiding them to their villas on arrival day and ensuring they get home safely after evenings at the club.

We’re looking for responsible, personable and practical Drivers to join our team for the 2026 season. This role is primarily evening-focused, providing safe and friendly transport for guests returning to their villas after dinner or evening events so they can relax and enjoy a drink without needing to drive.

You’ll also support the club with morning staff driving, ensuring team members get to and from staff accommodation when scheduled. Weekends tend to involve guiding guests to villas once they have checked in at the club and you’ll need to be flexible when flights are delayed or late arrivals occur.

Alongside driving, you’ll play an important role behind the scenes, helping with event setup, general lifting and carrying and assisting other departments with practical tasks.

  • Guide arriving guests to their villas on arrival day, offering reassurance and a warm welcome.

  • Assist with event setup – lifting, carrying, moving furniture and supporting evening operations.
  • Help with general practical tasks across the club and be on hand when departments need extra support.
  • Maintain and clean club vehicles daily, ensuring they are always presentable and safe.
  • Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
  • Build warm, positive relationships with guests and offer helpful information about the club.
  • Provide driving support for other departments when required.
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support the smooth running of the club.

Abilities & Expectations

  • A safe and confident driver with strong awareness.
  • Friendly, warm and great at engaging with guests.
  • Practical and comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.

  • Organised, proactive and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • A positive team player with a can-do approach.
