We pride ourselves on creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere where warm hospitality, attention to detail, and memorable connections keep guests returning year after year.
Our Guest Relations team are the faces of the club – friendly, knowledgeable and always two steps ahead. They help guests settle into holiday mode, provide expert advice on everything the club has to offer, and build genuine relationships that elevate the Peligoni experience.
We’re looking for engaging, proactive and people-focused Guest Relations Assistants to join our team this summer. You’ll be a familiar face around the club, checking in with guests throughout their stay, offering recommendations, solving problems, and ensuring every moment of their holiday feels seamless and enjoyable.
You’ll also act as a key point of contact for guests staying with our sister company, Indigo Rock, providing concierge-style support, villa liaison and personalised guidance. This is a dynamic and varied role suited to social, confident and quick-thinking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

- Maintain a strong presence around the club, proactively checking in with guests.
- Promote club services and experiences to help meet weekly upselling targets.
- Perform reception duties including but not limited to welcoming arrivals, managing check-ins and responding to guest queries.
- Track guest information and preferences to support future stays and personalised service.
- Communicate daily programme updates and activity changes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Indigo Rock guests, delivering personalised concierge services.
- Build positive relationships with guests to gather feedback and improve service.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Host, support and facilitate weekly social events such as the Shipwreck Trip, Peli Quiz, Food Festival and evening gatherings.
- Take on additional tasks when required to support smooth club operations.
