Our food offering spans multiple kitchens, from Mediterranean fire-cooked dishes at The Terraces to relaxed lunches and breakfasts at Tasi and simple, delicious plates at The Deli Kitchen. Our pizzas are a firm guest favourite – freshly made, flavour-packed and prepared in lively, open kitchen environments. We take pride in producing high-quality pizzas that feel both classic and creative, with a Mediterranean twist.

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Pizza Chef to lead our pizza offering across The Terraces, Tasi and The Deli for the 2026 season. You’ll be responsible for dough preparation, pizza production and service, ensuring consistency, speed and high quality during busy shifts.

You’ll also play a key role in training and upskilling other chefs in pizza preparation, helping build confidence and consistency across the wider team.

Alongside your core responsibilities, you’ll support other kitchen teams during peak times, events and occasional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • – Prepare fresh dough daily, ensuring consistent quality and readiness for service.
    – Produce pizzas to a consistently high standard across our restaurants
    – Train and support other chefs in pizza skills to ensure quality and consistency across all kitchens.
    – Maintain high standards of mise en place and section organisation.
    – Cook and present pizzas with accuracy, creativity and attention to detail.
    – Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop pizza specials and refine the offering.
    – Support services across other kitchens when required.
    – Maintain food safety, cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
    – Cater for different dietary requirements safely and confidently.
    – Manage stock, ingredients, dough quantities and order requirements.

About You

You will be someone who is:

  • Passionate about pizza, dough work and Mediterranean flavours.
  • Experienced in running a pizza station in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Calm, organised and efficient during busy shifts.
  • Creative and confident in developing new pizza ideas.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
  • A strong communicator who works well within a team.
  • Adaptable and happy to support other kitchen areas when needed.
  • Enthusiastic about seasonal work in a busy, dynamic setting.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie specialising in pizza.
  • Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza ovens.
  • Experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.
  • Up-to-date Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Understanding of food safety, handling and sanitation standards.
  • EU passport holder.
