With guests spending most of their holiday at the club, our restaurants play a huge part in shaping their experience. We operate four unique outlets:
- The Terraces – fire-cooked dishes served for lunch and dinner
- Tasi – sea-view breakfasts and relaxed Mediterranean lunches
- Mikro Nisi – our modern Greek fish taverna on the coast
- The Deli Kitchen – an evolving concept offering fresh, ready-to-eat dishes, bakery items, salads and grab-and-go options
We also host a lively programme of events in The Courtyard – including family feasts, food festival nights, guest chef dinners and private celebrations – all of which require excellent service, coordination and attention to detail.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join our front-of-house leadership team across all four restaurants. Reporting to the Restaurants & Events Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day running of the restaurant, support the team through busy services, and ensure guests enjoy a warm, polished and memorable dining experience.
This is a hands-on role suited to energetic, service-driven hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure, enjoy leading a team and take pride in creating a positive, uplifting atmosphere. Whether supervising breakfast at Tasi, lunch at The Terraces, dinner at Mikro Nisi or supporting the Deli Kitchen’s all-day service, you’ll play an essential part in the guest experience.
