We’re looking for experienced and qualified Massage & Beauty Therapists to join our team for the 2026 season. Massage is the most in-demand part of our wellness offering, so strong skills in deep tissue and Swedish massage are essential. Alongside this, you’ll deliver a range of beauty treatments including Dermalogica facials, body scrubs, manicures, pedicures, waxing and tinting.
You’ll create a warm, calming atmosphere, offer personalised treatments, and work independently in our beautiful stone treatment rooms while supporting the promotion of packages and pop-up wellness offerings throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of treatments, including deep tissue and Swedish massage, Dermalogica facials, exfoliating body scrubs, waxing, tinting and manicures/pedicures (including Shellac).
- Create a soothing, welcoming and professional treatment experience.
- Maintain beautifully presented treatment rooms with exceptional hygiene standards.
- Manage equipment, product stock and treatment-room organisation.
- Carry out each treatment to a high standard with attention to detail and guest comfort.
- Promote treatment packages, upgrades and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain an accurate online schedule and ensure correct billing.
- Support wellness pop-up events as required.
- Build warm, friendly relationships with guests and confidently communicate treatment options.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the club.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification , or equivalent
- Proven experience in deep tissue massage
- Experience in pregnancy massage (desirable).
- Proven experience in a spa or beauty environment
- Strong experience with Shellac
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Basic computer literacy
- Experience working in a seasonal role (desirable)
- UK/EU passport holder.
