Our Teens programme is designed to give young guests aged 11+ a chance to connect, make friends and enjoy some independence while taking part in relaxed, social, outdoor activities around the club. From watersports tasters to pool games and evening hangouts, our approach is fun, informal and confidence-building — never ‘childcare.’

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing and responsible Teen Leaders to deliver a fun, social and engaging experience for our teen guests. You’ll facilitate relaxed group activities, encourage teens to meet each other, and help them feel at home in the club.

While teens will be your main focus, you’ll also work collaboratively with the wider childcare team and be happy to support other age groups on occasion.

This is a brilliant role for someone who loves working with young people, enjoys being active outdoors, and can bring energy, confidence and a friendly presence to any situation.
