Watersports are at the heart of the Peligoni experience, and our coastal setting offers guests the perfect environment to learn, progress and have fun on the water.

We run a busy beach with high-quality equipment from leading brands – including RS and Laser Performance sailing boats, Severne and Tushingham windsurfing and foiling kit, and a fleet of performance ski and powerboats. From morning sailing sessions and windsurf clinics to wingfoiling and lively mixed-ability group activities and our weekly Race Day event, we create a safe, energetic and welcoming space for guests of all ages.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, RYA-qualified Watersports Instructors to join our beach team for the 2026 season. You’ll deliver a mix of dinghy sailing, windsurfing and wingfoiling instruction depending on your qualifications, inspire confidence in beginners, motivate progressing guests and help create the fun, friendly atmosphere the beach is known for.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role suited to instructors who love coaching, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced beach environment. You’ll deliver both one-to-one and group sessions, support Race Day, help run the weekly programme and ensure everyone stays safe while having fun.
