We are looking for an enthusiastic Beach Service Manager to oversee the day to day running of our sun decks to ensure all drinks are delivered in a consistent, professional and timely manner. The role involves training, managing and motivating a small team to operate efficiently, delivering a high level of service and maintaining the club’s vibrant holiday atmosphere. Working closely with the rest of the management team, our Beach Service Manager will ensure our beach service is always running at its best, guests are always made to feel welcome and are well looked after. This is a challenging role that requires a passion for great service, commitment to the club’s ethos and the ability to manage a team with varied experience in what can often be a high-pressure environment. It is also an extremely rewarding role for those who thrive when given responsibility and gain satisfaction from developing a team. Part of our roots, our sheltered coastal location, wind, kit and amazing instructors make us one of the best locations for delving into the wonderful world of watersports. Here, it’s not about how good you are, it’s all about getting out there, trying, falling into the water, trying again and succeeding. On Friday's afternoons, guests get the chance to show off and put to the test what they have learned during the week on Race Day! We host a Regatta-style event down on the beach which includes a variety of races & freestyle competitions. New to this years Race Day, we have added a SUP Dragon Boat Race! This summer we have some changes taking place at The Beach! This summer we will have our very own Beach Agenda which will be specific to watersports activities for both adults and children. At the weekends when guests arrive, they can get the chance to partake in taster sessions to see what activities they would like to focus on during their stay. We have also now added Wind Foiling to our watersports activities which guests and staff can take advantage of this summer!
