Our Front of House team works across the club, creating memorable experiences wherever guests choose to spend their day. As we move into the second half of the season, we’re looking for friendly, adaptable people who enjoy variety and are happy working across both our restaurants and beach service.
As part of our Front of House Team, you’ll work across our restaurants, weekly events and beach service operation, delivering the same warm, attentive hospitality wherever you are.
Whether you’re serving brunch in one of our restaurants, recommending a bottle of wine over dinner, or delivering cocktails to guests relaxing by the sea, you’ll help create the friendly, relaxed atmosphere that makes The Peligoni Club so special.
This is a varied, hands-on role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to gain experience across different areas of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional service across our restaurants, beach service operation and weekly events.
- Welcome guests and build genuine relationships throughout their stay.
- Take food and drink orders confidently and accurately.
- Serve meals in our restaurants and drinks to guests relaxing on the beach.
- Work across multiple outlets, adapting to different service styles throughout the day.
- Recommend food, wine and drinks with confidence.
- Prepare coffees and drinks where required.
- Maintain clean, organised and welcoming service areas.
- Process bills and use EPOS systems accurately.
- Support weekly events, BBQs and special evenings across the club.Understand dietary requirements and communicate allergies clearly.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and wider Front of House team.
- Take on additional duties to support the smooth running of the club.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés or bars.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident carrying trays and delivering food and drinks.
- Barista or bar experience is an advantage but not essential.
- EU passport holder.
