We know that fitness classes at a beach club like Peligoni can be quite intimidating to our younger guests. For them, sport can often be associated with school, itchy PE Kits, wet weather matches, or the fear of not even making it on a team. So why would they want to do it on holiday?
Well, we believe that fitness can be fun and a great way to socialise. That’s why we’ve introduced daily classes for teens at The Club this summer.
