Xyloporta | Your Own Private Village
High up in the hills of North Zakynthos, Xyloporta’s bedrooms are essentially miniature cottages separated by alleyways, nooks and crannies and various communal areas for gatherings galore. Xyloporta, (pronounced zilaw- pita) is therefore perfect for a group who want to balance privacy and escape with together time.
Noosh’s Tip: After a morning of watersports, book the Spa team for an afternoon of in-villa massages and beauty treatments.

Noosh’s tip: Go for an evening sunset stroll off the beaten track through the hills and return to the villa to freshen up for The Club’s Party Night!

Livadi | Excellent Outdoor Area
With its fantastic outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining table, Livadi was born for long lazy lunches and dinners filled with endless laughter. For those who want a little privacy there’s courtyard rooms separate to the main house. Perfect for a group who might have young babies.
Noosh’s tip: Have a dinner party and turn the area by the pool into a dance area.

Stouvega | For A Massive Group
A restored farmhouse split into 3 parts, Stouvega is the ultimate ‘complex’ for a large group. Composed of the main house, cottage and annexe, Stouvega’s extensive gardens and amazing views make for a truly special and authentic ‘Greek’ villa experience. If you want to recreate very own version of Mamma Mia, this is the place to do it.
Noosh’s Tip: Girls enjoy a lazy yoga morning by the pool – guys hire cycles and bike down to The Club before you all meet for breakfast.
